As a Cary resident in a cul de sac full of New Yorkers, I agree! Cooper's is actually in downtown Raleigh, not exactly "here" as I wrote.
My sister and brother in law moved from NY to North Carolina in the early 80’s and my brother in law heard most every Yankee joke known to man - he would pass these tidbits along when he came back North.

It looks in fair condition. Some worn and missing parts.
The stainless frame is usually salvageable. If anything can be reused that’s a bonus.

I know the frame on the Genesis Platinum is SS, but is the floor of the cabinet SS as well or is that just on the Summit Platinum models?
