I’ll try to be disciplined enough to document it for us when the time comes. The customer is going to need pics anyways to guide reassembly since it will be shipped broken down with the hardware bagged and tagged. The grill they’ve chosen for the project is an oldie with a side burner and wood shelves all around. It’ll be a daily driver so there’s no need to go over the top with a pile of NOS items. Sandblasting, paint, new lumber, new internals, and some other shiny bits should help land it to them well under budget.No, but I'd love the see the grill making the journey, unless there is a double secret non-disclosure in place preventing pics.
