It’s actually a new, old stock lid. I picked up a pair of these a while back that I found one day while bouncing around the web. They came completely assembled with the marketing cardboard overlay, end caps, badge, and handle as shown. Is the features tag on the lid something you had made up, or was it a nos piece? That's fantastic looking

I think you're right. Couldn't tell if it was green or that light grayI think that's a green lid
That is cool. It looks like something he set up with his local Weber dealer to do. I'd go.Not sure if any of you are friends with @Mark AU /Mark Verner in Australia. I talk to him occasionally. He does nice restorations and I thought this was really cool and thought I'd share it. I don't know of anything like this in America.

I agree Jon! Mark is a super nice guy and does high quality work. Wish I could go and support him but yeah Australia is a bit far. It's impressive everything that he accomplishes so far away from America in Australia with challenges like finding parts or even finding grills. Glad you were able to help him out!!I know Mark as well. In fact, I helped him with a few obscure parts including a tray to match his gray pinstripe hooded Genesis 4 I believe. He is a very nice person and does stunning restores. That would be a great time to be able to attend! A little far away, though!
This gentleman added burner pictures to the Warm Morning post. Lowered the price a bit. What's the story on the burners? They don't look stainless steel.Broilmaster G-3T model history
- The G-3T model is part of the vintage Warm Morning/Broilmaster series.
- The original Warm Morning brand was phased out, with the company becoming Broilmaster, but early models can still be found.
- Sources for parts for the G3 series list cast-iron burners that fit the Warm Morning G3T.
- Some sources suggest the model could date as early as 1968, but it likely falls within the broader production window of 1968 to 1976 for Warm Morning Broilmasters. These grill are known to be still going strong decades later.

If I disassembled it Josh, what do you think it would cost to ship it to you? Would you be interested? To me it seems important from a historical standpoint. The owner thought it was built in the 70's.$125 I would grab that grill for that price immediately. Can't get much for $125 these days.
I couldn't ask you to do that Val. More will come available near me.If I disassembled it Josh, what do you think it would cost to ship it to you? Would you be interested? To me it seems important from a historical standpoint. The owner thought it was built in the 70's.
That's Ok Josh but think about it. You've helped me out a lot with my grill projects and I don't mind doing it. I wish I could save this grill for myself right now but I'm a bit short of "grill cash" and the domestic politics for bringing home more grills. It looks really cool and I know you would give it a great home. It's also possible that the owner may come further down in price. We'll see. I think he knows it has value but the people in our area don't seem too because it hasn't moved in a week.I couldn't ask you to do that Val. More will come available near me.
No, but I'd love the see the grill making the journey, unless there is a double secret non-disclosure in place preventing pics.Anybody on here used Fastenal’s store to store LTL shipping anytime lately? It used to be quite the bargain a decade or so ago and it now appears they go by the name of Blue Line Freight. I need to ship a completed grill from Upstate NY to Pensacola, FL and thought I’d look into it as an option.
