I will just leave this here

Is this a BroilMaster? I can't really make out the name for sure but it looks kind of like "Broilmaster" and it has a general broilmaster look to it. I just haven't seen one like it before.

I enlarged the little corner of the control panel and yes it's a Broilmaster

Yes it is, and a pretty old one at that. It is later than the one you did with the post mounted controls, but still very old. They abandoned those solid shelves quite a few years ago.

I know @Josh Dekubber is looking for the shelf supports like that. I wish I knew the grate measurements to see if they would fit my “double.”
This one is too far away for me to grab but I wonder if these grates would fit the left side of your double.

It's pretty cool watching all this ❤️❤️❤️ growing for the Broilmaster. The funny thing is I think all of you have me to blame for being the original enabler here on them :D
A number of years back I bought a couple of them, rehabbed one used it quite a while as a daily driver. The other was a Ducks Unlimited version, but I never got around to rehabbing it. And I remember everyone here scratching their heads wondering what I'd gotten into and why.
And yet look at everyone "showin' da luv" :D
You're all welcome LOL

Do you have pictures of the one you rehabbed?

Larry,
That is absolutely true on my part for sure. You did introduce me to them, and I do have an affection for them, even if they aren't the most stylish grills. Now, the "double" some of us are all talking about IS pretty cool looking! On the other hand, for cooking I would rather have a more standard model with the waterfall stainless grates. Someday! (You don't want to know how many Broilmaster parts I have accumulated, including a bunch I got years ago from another member here who wanted out!)

Jon Even the standard model has grown on me quite a bit. In my opinion when done up nicely they look pretty Sharp! Just my opinion though. I think the wood flip tables that I did on my P4 turned out stylish and I also like the look of the stainless flip tables on them with the right base. Also I think the bases to choose from are pretty decent for the most partt and of course the build quality is pretty darn good not to mention the grills actually work really well. Well okay these are all just opinions of mine but that's my 2¢

I really like how compact they are also with the flip tables all down. They don't take up very much space at all but still have a decent size cooking surface that performs exceptionally well.

Josh, I actually like many Broilmaster grills, but I just suspect that others find them "frump." Besides the "double/II" model, my personal favorite is to have the redwood slat shelves. You probably saw where my artist friend painted a Broilmaster logo on a homemade oak handle that I think really made that grill look much warmer.

I have actually never done one with all wood shelving. @Bruce did a really old one with beautiful solid redwood shelves.

Another nice one is where the cast aluminum is dark green instead of black. I think that is what @LMichaels' was probably like since it was a Ducks Unlimited special edition.

So, no, I don't disagree at all with your remarks. I do know that they are harder to sell, although one a long time ago was one of my most successful flips. I also agree that the ones with fold-down shelves use their footprint very effectively.

And, yes, they ARE really good steak cookers!

Jon That one in the picture of yours is also a keeper in my opinion. I honestly don't mind if people think they are frumpy looking. Maybe that'll help me score some more good deals on them LOL.

You guys are making me miss my Broilmaster now. I gave it up because I had the Genesis 3000, and the Wolf and the Summit. My deck was just too crowded. So, the Broilmaster was sacrificed. Sometimes I regret that decision
