I will just leave this here

I think the background and location are the same for that Summit, just a picture from when it was new and a then a couple years later, when the shrubs had grown and the fence aged. At the bottom left of the grill you can see the beginning of the curve in the pavers in both. Likely legit but a royal pain for anybody with the guts to take it on.

One tell that I see is the photos of the grill are clearly in two different locations. Similar, but not the same. Fence and shrubbery is different in the back ground. And that is not some grill you just shove from one side of the patio to another.
I disagree --- the fence looks the same to me - it just looks like there has been 3-5 years of weathering to the stone and fence and landscaping added in that time frame.

Doh --- Ed posted as I was typing....

Jim, after further review, I think you are correct. I didn't take into account that the photos were possibly several years apart. I wonder why they used an old photo of the actual grill rather than a current one?

It does raise red flags that they posted an old pic of the grill when new and a (presumed) new pic of it covered without any showing its current condition..... Doesn't really matter --- too big and too much for my needs and budget.

Looking inside the lid, this looks like it's had very little use

Something seems off though...

I've only been interested in earlier models but this copper sidewinder is unusually rust free for my area. Recoating an older lid in copper would look great, but way out of my budget. I may end up with one of these someday. Pretty sure this relates somehow to my cousin's copper '69 Roadrunner and my marriage wouldn't survive one of those.

I honestly like that model. Nice clean design that having the cabinet really dresses up well
