Yep, a lot of people complain about December, January and February in the Midwest. Myself included. But I would rank it better than three three months for June, July and August in Florida.

and September which was actually the WORST month to me! STILL hot and sticky and prime hurricane season... May isn't always that great, either!

My favorite time to bbq was in November which was also the time Floridians would go to Florida tourist attractions.

I space my slats out evenly all the way down to a thinly sliced piece of paper because someone else may not notice a 1/32" off but I will know it.

The Woodard cart is perhaps even more of a great item than the Jr. It needs a replacement cutting board and ash pan, but it looks to be in very nice shape. Glad these are way out of range for me, or I would be sorely tempted to get more stuff I have no room for!

I found a very local manufacturer that does sandblasting. My dad is friends with him. Never knew until early last week they did outside sandblasting work. My dad took them a few cookboxes last week while I was in Florida.

Figured to have them back later this week or early next week.

Here’s a pic of their facility - post lightning strike from this morning. Needless to say, I’ll be needing a few extra cookboxes
