I will just leave this here

Okay so not a Weber or ever a grill but still technically a gasser. I'd like to get something like this for retirement. Looks like original boxwood green one of my favorite vintage colors also. If that really is original that's pretty impressive.
Tempting.

The ones with the removable roof are extremely cool, same with the old Blazers.

Absolutely!
They sure are going way up in value but the new stuff is getting so ridiculously expensive. I just saw a new Ford f150 Raptor R truck for 160K.
Yah, I was at a GM/Chevy dealer last summer for some service work and was waiting and went out on the lot to look at the trucks. I looked at probably 20 trucks and they ranged anywhere from $45 to $96k. I was shocked. Sure, they were nice trucks, but not that nice. I assumed maybe they had the "work trucks" parked somewhere else and I couldn't believe I didn't see one under $45k. Too many gadgets and electronics. I feel sorry for the guy that needs a truck for what a truck is made for.

I worked at at Chevy dealership from age 11 to age 15 in the 1990s and I remember fully loaded Chevy Silverado trucks window sticker price was $19,999. Seemed like a Alot back then. I'm sure some of you guys remember the prices even farther back. My father sold his 1969 Boss 429 Mustang for 7K in the mid 70s for a down payment on a house that cost 36K. 50 year ago if would have been hard to believe what things would cost today.

I work a ton of hours at that dealership for 5 years especially in the summers but also during the school year. 3:00-6:00 everyday after school and at least 8 hours every Saturday. I started at $4.25 an hour and worked my way up to $6.50 an hour. Not very much $ but I was happy to have a job.

I retired 6 months ago after a 37 year career processing Ford warranty claims, so watched the crazy spiraling costs through the years but mainly the last 15 or so. I owned a 77 Bronco, the last year they were small, and I think the cost was around 5k; a far cry from what they are commanding today. The one Josh show above must be a resto, as they were notorious rustbuckets. Crazy prices today will likely only get worse with the latest Chinese action too. Josh, let me know when you're heading back to the valley-it was 83 here today!

Congratulations on retirement! That's fantastic.
I'm headed back to AZ. on Sunday. My wife and I are going to be traveling around to the Grand Canyon and some other places mainly the following weekend for our Anniversary but I should have availability during the week. Mainly next week but possibly the week after that.

I'm definitely ready for some warm weather!
