I will just leave this here

All the parts where available on Amazon. Super convenient. If you get it and want / need parts let me know and I can send you the links. Be warned that unless you look like your avatar, you will need at least 2 people as it is a really really heavy grill.
Thank you! Yeah that's me but the bigger grills aren't getting any lighter and I'm not getting any younger.
I'm also watching a couple Lynx and Alfresco grills. Still yet to pull the trigger on a SS Commercial grill.

These "high end" grills have been my best money makers. The Alfresco one sold in a week sight unseen. This took quite a bit longer. It would have sold for $1000 but he had to come back as one of the new igniters did not work (bad cable end) so I offered to knock a $100 off for his trouble.

I'll put in some offers. I have several flips lined up but if I can snag one at the right price I definitely will.
I like to fix up grills I would be happy to keep if I had a hard time selling. I haven't had any issues selling anything yet but I think it helps me keep my selling prices higher. I'd be happy to keep a commercial grill on the smaller side.

I have this last one for sale for about 4 months with maybe a handful of crappy offers. I think I am done with grills until I move to a more populated area.

Fall/winter is a really tough time of year to sell a grill in southeast Michigan. I wonder how much of a factor that is for you this season.

The last Q I just sold was new in the box 1200. Fast flip. purchased for $60 sold for $200. I think I sold about seven Q grills this winter. I have three more to easy clean & flip.

I've sold more than a few over $200 the second to last 1200+cart I sold for $250. I haven't sold a 2200 for more than $200 but sold a 3200 for $300. Not life changing $ but quick flips with not a ton of effort.

The market here seems to work in my favor with a little studying and strategy. I try to put a lot into my negotiating and marketing to try to win on both ends.

@Joe Anshien
I'm always interested in learning new things and I appreciate you sharing your experience with Commercial grills and offering advice/help.

Sometimes when I read what I've written it seems like I'm bragging. I hope I don't come across like that. I'm confident in my abilities but I'm humble and always happy to learn new things.
