I have found many of the bottom drip pans that have holes in them from corrosion.

I don't recall ever having an aluminum drip without holes. There is definitely some chemical reaction that causes that.

Definitely has some nice features. Still looks rather bland like pretty much all of the all-stainless grills. For the same money I would personally rather have the special edition red Genesis II.

Unless that grill sat in the store for over 5 years we know the part about
being 1.5 years old is wrong. Pretty sure the $1299 price was wrong.
Also, I question the black hood on the S320. Was that possible?

Yah Dave, I didn't even catch that, but I think the black hood is out of place for that grill. But yep, that grill is at least 6 or 7 years old as it is a sidewinder.
