i was gonna grill these ribs but fried them instead


 
Didn't take long at all, probably since it was rib pieces. They tasted like pork chops from God himself.
I actually have a recipe for fried spare ribs that I'd been afraid to try, for a couple of reasons. Your post might get me over my fears. Thanks!
 
There's a restaurant here in Ft. Myers who makes deep fried ribs. They look just like the ones Marc made (except they don't cut the ribs in half). It's pretty delicious.

Those look terrific! That is something I am going to have to try some time. I like how you cut them a singles first, it must have made it much easier to manage in the fryer.
