Unbeknownst to me, SWMBO laid out a Boneless Ham Steak Thurs (poor pig didn't have any bones). When we got home from work she announced that I was grilling it. No problem. I fired up the chimney and dug out a can of pineapple rings. Game on.

I poured the pineapple juice from the can in a sauce pot, added some brown sugar and bourbon, and simmered it into a glaze. I drizzled this glaze over the steak and sweet potatoe. Yummie

Not bad for not knowing the coach was going to call my number.
