Hey ya'all - I have been dying over the recent, killer breakfasts. So last night I said to myself: "Do it Brian, you can do it!" I had a pork chop floating around in the 'fridge, last night it floated in Firehouse Jalapeno, Lime & Ginger marinade.

It's gonna be a great weekend in the PNW

Breakfast looks delicious! To be honest so made hungry. I'm waiting on my wife so we can go out and have breakfast in a restaurant.

wonderful post! The NW mornings are really nice this time year - That plate, my goodness, what can be said? Either time to get out there for chores or nap time after that haul!!!
 
Oh man...I could only imagine what it was like sopping up the runny egg yolk with the pork chop and potatoes! Nicely done.
 
@ M and Peter: now, through till rain is one of my favorite times of year. The light, warm days and cool nights: weather bliss :) Peter: it was chores!
