I don't like Mondays, but I do love BBQ'd salmon!

Needed a pick-me-up after a long Monday, so grabbed a beautiful sockeye salmon filet and some yearling oysters for the Performer. Paired those with a delicious salad which included butter lettuce, blanched haricot verts, marinated mozzarella, coddled eggs, grilled corn, maters and a nice avocado dressing. A chilled glass of nice Chenin Blanc topped everything off.

Outstanding Monty. Salmon looks mouth watering as does the rest of the meal. It's been a long time since I had grilled oysters. Too long.
