I was lazy yesterday afternoon after walking two swap meets, so I cleaned out the vegetable drawer and made a pizza.
So here we go.

I topped it off with some splashes of Tapatio Hot sauce.

What toppings would you remove?

Have a great Fathers Day, and thanks for looking.

Well, you didn't forget the garlic! Love it. That is a fabulous looking pizza Jeff. Are there anchovies in there anywhere! Love to do something similar but it would be pretty tough on a peel. After the transfer, half the toppings would be on the stone/grate. Nice job.

PS Wouldn't eliminate anything.

Talk about some garbage pizza, and I say that with love cause that's what we call fully loaded pizza's by us:cool:

Now that's a Big A** pizza! Killer. What kinda temps are you running to cook all that?

& I'm with Cliff: how did you get that mother onto the stone without mangling it?

No anchovies Cliff but great idea,

I'm partial to that round, meaty vegetable you have on there! :) Looks great!

Thanks Rich

I cheated Robert, I love this Eastman Outdoors 90414 BBQ Grill Pizza Pan.

https://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B0002OOMSA/tvwb-20

You can definitely load it up, just coat the pizza pan with evoo and a dusting of flour, put your rolled out pizza dough on it and add toppings.

BBQ at 400* to 470* and within 20 minutes you have a tasty pizza with no burned crust.
