I am Really impressed with my Jimmy!

:D That's something i bet you wish you could say everday. ;)

Grabbed a big bag of quarters so i figured it was a good chance to do further testing with my Jumbo mini....aka Jimmy Drizzly and 45 out the Jimmy quickly settled into 335* and stayed there the whole cook.




Cooked to an IT of about 163*





It really didn't require a sear since i cooked them hot but i really like a little more crispiness. If your smoker sears might as well do it!




The quarters turned out perfectly, nice and juicy and crispy outside.

Keith I've been resisting the urge to build one of these but with meals like that, you're sure making it difficult. Nice job!
