Hunsaker has a new "KETTLE FIREWALL" for Zone Cooking aka Banking

Made out of 304SS seems like a pretty cool product for zone cooking.
I don't like banking coals on the sidewall of the kettle, but for those that don't mind doing that this seems like a pretty good product. You could pack in a lot of charcoal for a low and slow minion method cook with this in place.

To get around the coal banking, you could use 2 of them, but that is twice the price.

I'd use it opposite of how it's shown: position the Firewall to keep the coals from touching the kettle side.

Too many configurations in that video ( made my head spin) :p
Pretty cool but I'll stick with my charcoal rails and fire bricks.

I was hoping it was a one piece unit that protected the inside of the Weber BBQ, like one large charcoal basket.

For $ 10 more I would go with a Slow ’n Sear. Protects the kettle wall and watercontainer included. If you never see any need for a watercontainer you can use their simple baskets, still protects the kettle. Cheaper steel but still would probably outlive the kettle.
But I only have 3 S’nS so Im probably biased :)
