Hung Teriyaki Kabobs

Had to try the Teriyaki Sauce (http://tvwbb.com/showthread.php?38822-Teriyaki-Marinade-Sauce) that John Sp makes the Rich Dahl recommended. It's a bit of work to make but well worth the effort.

Pork butt was trimmed, cubed and marinated for 4 hours. Other ingredients included fresh pineapple, Kumato tomatoes, baby potatoes, crimini mushrooms, sweet peppers & white onion.
A full ring of used KBB with 5 small chunks of apple was fired up for a high heat cook in the stacked 14.5.

After the TBS arrived, I hung the potatoes & added the rest of the kabobs about 15 minutes later.

After a while.... everything was cooked.

Dinner was great. The mushrooms were a tad overcooked. Next time I'll add them later.

Happy Easter Everyone!
