Hump Day Bacon Cheese

We have been in the snow, wind, rain mode weather wise lately. Wait 20 minutes and it changes. With a break in the weather I got some burgers going on the performer tonight.
Started with a potato pak of baby golds, onion, garlic, jalapeno, butter and s&p.

Performer warmed up with taters.

80/20 ground chuck seasoned with s&p, and Red Eye rub.

A little relaxation in Grandpas favorite mug. Here's to all those family members that aren't with us in this life.

Burgers going on.

After the flip.

Bacon, cheddar, grilled onion, pickle and whatever else I found handy on your burger. Plated with bbq taters.
