Howdy ya'll! I just ordered my 22.5" WSM yesterday and I'm looking forward to getting it fired up! I'm new to smoking so I've been searching the internet like crazy for as much information/knowledge as possible. I'm a retired Air Force member, and now I teach high school social studies and coach varsity football, baseball & golf. Now that I'm home permanently, I've got quite a bit more free time on my hands, so hopefully I'll really be able to dive into my new hobby! I look forward to getting to know as many of you as possible and I would greatly appreciate as much information and any tips that you can share! God Bless!
