Hot weather cooks!

Its been a busy couple of weeks sort of. It was all vacation. We camped from the 1st-5th of July then we went to the beach the 6th-12th. Got home to HOT weather so no indoor cooking going on!

First up on the Weber rotisserie, chicken

Which was followed by BBQ breakfast the next morning. Damn if I didn't break a yolk!

Last night I gave the Weber a rest. Cooked up a tri tip on the Solostove Ranger and the Gabby Grill.

My cousins charter fishing boat The Surfrider

My catch day one of fishing. From top to bottom: Cabezon, (3) Black rockfish, Kelp greenling, China rockfish.

Day two I caught all black rockfish. Both days the ocean was like a lake.

Inbound Depoe Bay Harbor. The worlds smallest natural navigable harbor.
