Done these a bunch but have not seen them at my regular market in months! Happy to get a couple and go to town on them. Thought it would be good to finally try this marinade! IMG_9192.jpegIMG_9193.jpegMixed with IPA and put in fridge for about six hours. Prepped some taters, onion and sprouts. Got the Performer going and put my Santa Maria rub on the beef!IMG_9194.jpegDid indirect until about 120 and then seared for a bit. Added some wine soaked oak IMG_9197.jpegThe oven did the job on the spuds and veggies. WowIMG_9198.jpegSliced and served. The kiss of oak with the mustard and rub was fantastic. Cheers!

Richard, that is a spectacular meal. So many questions...

Is that Derek Wolf the former NFL player?
How does that rub mix work? Is it an IPA blended with spices, or do you mix-in a spice packet with the beer?

Veg looks incredible. Could you provide more details?

Sorry for the questions. These pics have me drooling.

It’s just a rub/spice that comes in a beer can. Mix with some beer and marinade. I still have a lot of the rub left. Very tasty.
The veggies were red potatoes, red onion and some Brussels Cooked at about 400. Olive oil and salt. Delicious
No idea who Derek Wolf is but he has a whole line of products with Spiceology
