Done these a bunch but have not seen them at my regular market in months! Happy to get a couple and go to town on them. Thought it would be good to finally try this marinade! Mixed with IPA and put in fridge for about six hours. Prepped some taters, onion and sprouts. Got the Performer going and put my Santa Maria rub on the beef!Did indirect until about 120 and then seared for a bit. Added some wine soaked oak The oven did the job on the spuds and veggies. WowSliced and served. The kiss of oak with the mustard and rub was fantastic. Ducks survive against those pesky Cheese Heads! Great night!
