Honey Sesame Shrimp & Bok Choy

The shrimp recipe is from Steven Raichlen's, The Barbecue Bible.
Marinated the shrimp for about an hour and then reduced the marinade. The shrimp was brushed with the reduced marinade as it grilled.

The Bok Choy cabbage was nuked for a couple of minutes then tossed with Thai Sweet Chili and Soy Sauce before going on the grill.

Everything cooked real fast, less then 5 minutes.

Plated with some rice and lime. Man, it was gooood!

The Bok Choy was my wife's idea. I thought it might be bitter, but it was excellent.
