My first shot at homemade bacon ! After scoring some hard to find pink curing salt I bought some pork belly and went for it !

Not bad for my first try I must say ...I sliced the bacon a little too thick before cooking( I only cook bacon in the oven on a foil lined cookie sheet ) :cool:
 
Looks great Carlos. Homemade bacon is the best!
Btw, for the last set of pics you simply copied their address in with your text, instead of pasting the addresses onto the picture icon.
 
Looks tasty to me too...super cooking...love home made bacon and I for one would probably not attempted it if it wasn't this site!!
 
So far it's been a hit with the Fam and best of all the Wife loves it ! And when you have a happy Wife you have a happy .... ?! lol
