Holiday cook in the snow - First Meatloaf, CI Skillet Potatoes and Brown Sugar Beans

I'm very lucky to be at home with my family today enjoying the perfect winters day. My wife and two boys are close by all rockin' Christmas PJ's, there's snow on the ground, I have a cold beer in my hand and am about to embark on a first time meatloaf cook on the performer. It doesn't get much better than this!

Just getting started at this point but the plan is to update as I go! Finally get to test out the new Lodge CI (Purchased via TVWBB link of course!)
