Holiday Brisket, Ribs, and Sausage

We celebrated with the kids and G kids early so they can be home for the Easter Bunny tomorrow. The menu included corn, potatoes, and on and on. What a feast! My contribution was BBQ: a 9.5 lb (prior to trimming) Choice brisket, two racks of ribs, and some home made sausage. I did the brisket and ribs at 325-350*F: Lit the fire at 0615 and we ate at 1200. The taters and sausage were grilled on the kettle. Served with a WeizenBock. Cheers!

Wow, that Brisket came out great!!! Love the color of that smoke ring on there! All of the food looks very tasty!

What a fun and busy day. Your food looks great. Didn't quite get that nice smoke ring on my ribs. Not sure why? Equally impressive is that beautiful beer you made. Looks fantastic. Nice job!
