Here's another attempt at a "healthy dinner"
Here's the marinade. I let them get happy for about 24 hours
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced ginger
3 tablespoon red pepper flakes
3 tablespoon of brown sugar
Here's they are on the grill.
Plated and ready to eat.

This meal was delicious. The pork chops were great. Nice flavor.
