Hi all.
I'm Filippo!
I live Brescia a quite big city in the norther part of Italy (a few Km from Milan and Garda Lake).
I love to restore / repair old stuff like Vespa, Lambretta and many other things.
I've found this blog and i'm here for a while to learn how to cook better and how to repair / restore BBQ.
I have a Weber Spirt E-210 and a Kettle Premium 47 but now i bought an old and dirty Genesis 1000.
For the most part I just use the E-210, I use the Kettle when i've some spare time and i want to experiment new cooking techniques.

Thanks.
Filippo.

Welcome Filippo! I am from Canada and hope to get to Italy some day. My daughter has been there and loved it. Nice people on this forum so I hope you enjoy it here.

Welcome Filippo.

A friend turned me on to Italian Train Station sandwiches a couple of months ago and I can't stop eating them. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about.

So great to see members from Italy 🇮🇹! I traveled to your area a couple years ago and can’t wait to get back there! Please inspire us with Italian approaches to BBQ!
