Was cruising through one of my Weber cook books “New Real Grilling” and found a recipe for “Herbed Chicken Thighs” it had a rub and a honey-lemon glaze that looked interesting so we decided to give it a try.
Stuff for the rub.
Stuff for the glaze.
Glaze and rub ready.
Thighs seasoned up.
Direct for a sear for a couple of minutes then indirect until done.
Glazed up a few times and ready to come in.
Plated with some fresh green beans and rice with some of the glaze.
I really liked the glaze and the herbs were okay but could use a little kicker of some sort to liven it up.
Overall I’ll make it again but modify the rub a little.
