A quick Hello shoutout from Mesa AZ.
I'm a long time BBQ wannabe and finally taking the time to go low and slow on a WSM.

Have had a dozen or so cooks and am learning more and more each time. Learning lots from the great people and their collected wisdom here on this wonderful website.

Building a Heatermeter and looking forward to sharing what I can.
