After having four different smokers ranging from the Brinkman "bullet" to the MES 40, I finally got an 18.5 WSM a few weeks ago!! Let me tell you, it's night and day compared to everything else. I can't believe how easy it is to maintain temperature although I'm already looking at mods for it
