I have been grilling for some time but new to smoking on my weber 22 1/2 ots. I hope to learn from you guys and gals that know what your doing and to share what I do know. Glad to be here. TERRY KANNEGIESSER
 
Welcome aboard, Terry! I used to vacation in your area years ago. Stayed at resorts on Nelson Lake.
 
Welcome, Terry. I was up in your neck of the woods (which in this case is more than just a saying) on vacation last week (Cable).

If they use hardwoods at the Lumberjack Championships maybe you can get some of the leftovers for smoking!;)
