Hello From Chicago Suburbs

Hi all.

Charcoaler here with two kettles and a recently added WSM.

Mostly a weekend thing, though really enjoy the whole process. Usually go pretty simple with just a Vortex chicken or steaks but now with smoker, want to get into pork butts, etc.

No kidding Rich, have you ever been to Gene and Jude's?
 
Johnnie's Beef isn't that far from Russell's. I did a school behind Hostess off Narraganset called Burbank school.
I used to stop at Johnnies or Russell's for lunch. That was back in 2012.
