My story and I am sticking with it:
Always loved grilling steaks on my Weber Kettle. thought smoking was super cool and an arcane magic only wizards could do until the desire to smoke a turkey overcame me. Coworker has a WSM and he lent me the "low and slow" book by Gary Wiviott. That led me here and I just pulled the trigger on a WSM from Amazon including my first bag of lump charcoal.
