It's one of the favorites around here.

Love the sauce.

Used to have a bit of a problem with the rub because of the grated lemon.... however... figured out that putting the zest into everything else & mixing it up & then putting into a shaker, doing a sprinkle & patting it down made things much better.

Good job with that. We both know how good it is!!!
