I mean Happy 4th! Not allot of photo's, kind of last minute. First time doing Turkey, won't be the last! Just rubbed down with BBQ 3000. Onto the WSM with KBB and a piece of pecan and 2 small apple chunks. 4 hours later, perfection! Nice color, hardly had to chew! Super moist, just melted.







Wife made some roasted taters, and corn casserole, baked breaded zucchini. Enjoy!

Tim great looking bird and sides...boy I have been thinking about cooking up a bird myself...been hard to break away from the summer food! Looks great!!

Turkey on a Weber is great. Until now I did mine on the Performer. Followed instructions from Weber website. brined and then cooked. Kept white meat very moist. Will do next one on WSM so will have to pay more attention to details. Yours looks great.
