The reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated.
Happy New Year all. Its been a good, successful, but busy year.
Not mad, just cold:

Ok, babybacks rubbed (with a little mustard to get everything to stick) and good to go. Homemade rub and sauce, and three small applewood chunks c/o buddy George M.

Poblanos charred, ready for the baked beans.

Plated. Green beans with garlic and rosemary, black beans with charred onion, poblano and andouille, and ribs.
