So at least for the next couple of months till college lets out for two we are empty nester's. We decided on hamburglars and to be honest it was odd not making at least five or six.
I'm liking it so far, 80/20 with Kosher and Fresh Ground, 1/4 onion diced up and two tbsp of A1 worked into the beef. A little brewski to smooth it all out
After the first turn, Portuguese Rolls warming up
Dressed with white American
Romaine with EVOO, S&P and some Granulated Garlic
Your plate with some nice fries, enjoy
