It all started with getting the Maribel and my kids getting dressed up to go trick or treating at night.

Then We meet the mad cook.

He was grilling body parts.

Meet the mad cooks daughter....

We got back home and started on a late night dinner. Weber kettle ready for work

Pizza is done. Used trader joes ready made crust and used a pizza screen to avoid sticking to the stone

Thanks for for stopping by

Tony and Maribel

Looks like everyone had a blast! That pie looks great as well, in such a short time, it looks like you've really gotten the hang of making great pizzas on the kettle! Another awesome post!

Nice Tony, looks like you're getting comfy with the PK. Soon we'll be seeing pizza dishes that look as awe inspiring as all your others.

looks like great fun and you are getting your moneys worth out of the pizza kettle and most important is the wonderful family structure you have going on there. A bow to you sir.

What's up with dad not getting dressed up?

used a pizza screen to avoid sticking to the stone.
Hmmm, that's interesting. I used corn meal, and it worked, but we couldn't get all the corn mean off the bottom (without great effort) and it took a little out of the taste

Great cook, looks like a great time

Maribel wants me dressed up for next year Halloween.

At this point I'm trying to do the pizza the easiest way for me. Lol

Try it in your smoker, it's so easy even I couldn't screw it up, LOL

Seriously though, having the heat directly below your Pizza but far enough away that it won't burn it, makes for great pizza. The secret to it, was cooking over wood, I think that was the icing on the cake
