Couple of turkey wings cut up, coated with olive oil and seasoned with Garlic Pepper and Plowboys
Yardbird rub.
Pepper bacon for the beans getting ready to hit the grill.
Pepper bacon on the Performer, using RO Lump and a split of hickory.
Bacon is done.
Turkey wings onto the Performer.
Beans are ready for the grill.
I flipped the wings every 10 minutes and then started basting them with Plowboys Sweet 180
after the 2nd flip.
Wings are almost done, so beans joined them on the Performer.
Beans and wings are done.
Here’s your plate!
A simple, but delicious Thursday night dinner. Turkey was tender, juicy and the skin was just
right. Beans were super, especially with the added pepper bacon.
