Grilled Tilapia and Bean Thread Soup

Hadn't yet grilled direct on the Jumbo Joe, so picked up some tilapia fillets.

Coals warming up. This chimney was from a new bag of charcoal so the pieces were all pretty large. This thing heats up very quick.

On the grill they go. Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, a little bit of chicken broth powder, and butter.

Served with some steamed veggies.

Main ingredients; bean thread noodles, ground pork, shredded chicken, broccoli stems, Chinese chive.
