Grilled salmon, lobster tails and mushroom risotto coming up

I should have been smart enough to have just PM'd @Brett-EDH rather than doing a Google search, which is how I found this thread lol.

Tonight will be my first time doing lobster tails. How do I search for, identify, and remove the vein if it is present in my Costco tails?

Just assume they’re in the tail. I have often found the vein in Costco lobster tails.

Key is to not overcook. They become rubbery when over done.

Which grill are you using?
