Grilled Pork + Crash Hots

TVWBB 1-Star Olympian
delicata squash dusted with Penzey's Baking Spice, loosely foiled then tossed into an oven at 400ºF
oh yeah, some crash hot potatoes, Yukon variety, were at ovenside with this squash

two nice thick chops previously marinated in Goya Picanté for four+ hours,
then a light coat of Stubb's Chile-Lime rub coloured them

direct for a sear....

removed from the Weber at an internal temp of 138ºF and tented with foil to rest.

Very nice meal. Love the different types if squash you eat. One question though and please excuse my ignorance. What are potato crashers? I've seen Morgan do them a couple if times along with yourself. Please educate sensie :)
