Grilled Onion/Hatch Chilie Blue Cheese Jucy Lucys

Haven't made burgers and that was what I was craving for. I need a new camera, all I have is my phone for now.


Plain 80/20 burgers on right and blue cheese Jucy Lucys on the left.


A couple of ground Elk Blue cheese Jucy Lucys


Sauteed some onions and then threw in about 6 fire roasted Hatch chilies.


Just added some Sarayo sauce, the onions, peppers, and an elk patty and seved up with some cactus salad and Ranch style beans
