Grilled Lamburgers

I'm batching it for a bit and can indulge in something that my wife doesn't like - Lamb !

Pretty simple, seasoned with SPOG, Worcestershire, added some diced jalapeno and kalamata olive, plus some shredded fresh mint. Added some oatmeal and egg for a binder. Topped with sauteed onion and mushroom, and some danish blue cheese. Buns were brushed with olive oil and toasted on the grill.

End of a long day,and so just cooked these on the Genesis gasser. :redgenesis1:









I think I need to do some spicy wings real soon after reading some of the other posts.

Well here we go. Looks like Pat can see your pic's and I can't. Just the big Minus sign. Sure sounds good though Mark.
 
No signs at all for me. Just large spaces between sentences.


EDIT: Now I can see them. Look good, but I have never eaten lamburger before.

Awesome job on the burgers. Never thought to use oatmeal as a binder, not a bad idea thanks.

My Mum used to do that years ago. Quick oatmeal works best I find - flakier consistency. Think this time I grabbed the regular type.
