Grilled king salmon in a thunder storm!!

Howdy folks...decided to break out some of my king salmon stash today... We were having some thunder and lightning which almos never happens...ok some "Fan Boy" taters on the grill!

Oh and I do drink during the week!

Poor Gertie is not liking the thunder...

After a bit on the pan I moved the taters to the high rise...added a piece of salmon..S&P, garlic, brown sugar, fresh chives and a couple pats of butter!...I have grilled salmon a 100 different ways...this is my go too..

Grilled some baby carrots!!

All ready!

And plated with rooster mayo, home made tarter! Yum good stuff!

That looks scrumptious !!! Nothing better (well almost... ) than Weber cooked Salmon.
My diet calls for fish 3 times a week. ( you should see these little anemic fillets )
If I had a plate of your Salmon, I would demand it be 7 days a week !
