After reading a lot about the different fats and things associated with that....
I am a firm believer that eating meat isn't even close to as bad for you as we have all been lead to believe.
I bet my diet is at least 50% meat.......feeling better that I ever have before.
Planned on going full carnivore.....as good as it sounds it is hard, and all the fresh produce is out right now.....!
