Grill Area and first cooks

Just bought my 18.5" WSM and have fired it up a few times in the first week. So far I've done an 8 pound brisket, 2 full chickens, some sausage and large beef ribs. I am looking forward to doing a larger brisket this weekend.

You nailed it on the cooks! Now if you loose that seattle seagulls thingy, you'll have quite the mancave there :)

Super cooks. I love the Man Cave! Where did you buy the rolling table? That would be great for the Smokey Joe I just bought.

Gary;
It looks like you definitely have your "act" together. Great looking cooks and a fine grill area.

Thanks for sharing with us!

Keep on smokin',

Gary, nice set up! Looks well thought out. I like the gap at the bottom of the wall to allow some air flow...another vote for losing the Seahawks thingy, a definite deterrent from the cool factor!!
Good luck on the future smokes, you definitely have a great place to do it!

Thanks everyone it's been a blast and eating it is only half the fun.

I got the grill cart at Canadian Tire which is a home depot/walmart kinda store up here and it was on sale for only 40$ It works great the only problem I am having is finding a cover for it so I can keep it outside always, the roof doesn't fully cover that area. Thanks again for all the great comments and Happy 4th to everyone south of the border. Go Hawks!
