Griddled Burgers

after seeing Bob's Burgers on his griddle, i felt an urge to griddle some beef



got out the Euro-Q Jr (looks new, but it's been used multiple times)



burgers with built-in cheddar, onions and 'shrooms...







plopped'em on soft onion buns with some Gouda



and served with our garden fresh summer squash, carrots, beans and taters.



They were tasty!

Now I need a burger. I really like how you mixed in the cheese, onions and 'shrooms. The onion rolls top off a perfect burger!
