Green Chile Chops

two nice pork rib chops for a Monday dinner

now, this is something i found in the garage....
something i made years ago before using chunks of wood for smoking... thought i'd try it again.
Pecan wood chips inside.

oh, i forgot to mention the whole sweet potatoes and the Brussel sprouts that were roasted & toasted in the oven...
yeah, those things.... well, everything got all plated up and served to two vey happy people!

Bet it was a great meal,Need to pay mu butcher a visit the comming days. Then chops will be on the table here aswell.
 
Those are some nice chops! My local grocery carries some Stubb's products but I haven't seen that marinade...gonna have to keep an eye out!
 
Awesome looking chops Jim! I hate chips as well...I've got a few open bags leftover from my days of smoking before I found out about the WSM...now they're about as useful to me as mulch
