two nice pork rib chops for a Monday dinner
turned on occasion, then seasoned with Penzey's OLD WORLD
now, this is something i found in the garage....
something i made years ago before using chunks of wood for smoking... thought i'd try it again.
Pecan wood chips inside.
reason WHY i stopped using chips....
well, fire under control, and the pork was saved...
oh, i forgot to mention the whole sweet potatoes and the Brussel sprouts that were roasted & toasted in the oven...
yeah, those things.... well, everything got all plated up and served to two vey happy people!
Liz took more Brussel sprouts than i did.....
...butt i think i got the bigger chop
