Hey my brothers, work has been kicking my butt seriously! And the weekends are going by WAY too quickly. But I have been cooking! Usually just once on the weekend, but with the better weather around a couple corners, I'm probably gonna be doing more real soon!
First of all, a bone in ribeye, some skillet taters and a chunk of corn on the kettle.

And a closer shot of the meat and corn!

Next, a couple burgers and some buns from the local grocery store. It's the only store that we can get single buns at. Plus, they make them fresh almost every day!

Next, some St. Louis style ribs! Seasoned with Weber's KC Style Rub and cooked for about 4 1/2 hours.

And Right before they were sauced!

Another ribeye and taters.

A couple tri tips that I cooked for Pammi Sue's BFF who had surgery.
[/IMG]
And a couple hens that I spatchcocked for her birthday the next week!
